Agents vs. Portals and the End-to-End Ecosystem

In a world of portal-based end-to-end ecosystems (Zillow, Rocket, Redfin, Lower, Movoto, etc), the real estate agent remains at the center of the transaction. I believe that the success of these platforms has to include agents as a partner.
